It's that time - come one, come all this Saturday September 5 from 4:30 p.m. till 7:30 p.m. for our Mexican Pile On. Do your part to help our Volunteer Firefighters and have a good time, eat some good food with all your neighbors.
If you haven't purchased your raffle tickets yet, get with any Auxiliary member before Saturday or purchase them at the Pile On. This is for a guided fishing trip for four or a two-night stay at the Deluxe Cabins for a party of four. The drawing will be at the end of the Pile On Saturday night.
TheTexomaVolunteerFire District would like to remind everyone of the burn ban in affect. Protect yourself and all your neighbors. It is so dry the potential for disaster is in place.
Ladies, our next Auxiliary meeting will be Monday September 21 at 1:30 p.m. with fellowship at 1 p.m. prior to the meeting.
The exercise/stretching classes are every Monday and Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. Card games are held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month at 12:00 p.m.
For anyone needing to rent the Texoma Community Center building for a party or family gathering place contact Judy Jeffreys at 405-684-1636. Calls are monitored twice a week so please allow plenty of time for your event.
The cost is $75 per day and can only be rented by members of the Fire District. The building capacity is 158.
