OK Hall of Fame opens scholarship application

The Oklahoma Hall of Fame invites high school seniors to apply for the 2026-2027 Oklahoma Hall of Fame Scholarship and offers free admission to the Gaylord-PickensMuseumon Saturday, August 8.

The recipient of the 20252026OklahomaHallofFame Scholarship, Lexi Mann, and Oklahoma Hall of Fame President & CEO Shannon L. Rich Oklahoma Hall of Fame Scholarship Competition For the 16th year, the Oklahoma Hall of Fame will be awarding the Oklahoma Hall of Fame Scholarship to one Oklahoma high school senior. Thanks to additional donations this year, the scholarship has increased from $6,000 to $8,000 to assist an Oklahoma student in pursuit of their higher education. The scholarship is awarded based on the student’s leadership roles, civic and community engagement, academicachievement, and extracurricular involvement. The chosen recipient will be recognized at the annual Oklahoma Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony in November.

To be considered for the scholarship, a student must: Be a current high school senior who attends an Oklahoma public, private, charter, or homeschool; Commit to attending an Oklahoma college or university; and Be recommended by a teacher, administrator, or other adult not related to the student.

The scholarship fund was created predominately by donations of Oklahoma Hall of Fame Members who seek to encourage and inspire future generations of Oklahoma leaders. Scholarship applications are due Friday, October 16.
