The responding party told dispatch that the man, later identified as Jeremy Reed, was walking and acting strange on the Willis Bridge. Officers responded to the bridge and what they found was definitely a strange sight.
Officers noted that once they arrived, they witness Reed was completely naked and was choking a dog. From Reed’s actions, deputies assumed he was high on some kind of narcotic.

Reed, a 29-year-old from Euless, Texas was arrested and charges for Public Intoxication, Animal Cruelty and Outraging Public Decency for presented to the Marshall County District Attorney’s Office.
