We would like to remind everyone that burning trash, limbs and leaves at this time is very dangerous to your property and possibly everyone around you. I know, I know, everyone thinks they can handle it, and most can until you can't.
Please be safe, we are so dry and we have had strong winds.
Don't forget March 7 is the Texoma Fire Fighters Roadside Clean-Up. Please be careful of our Volunteer's participating that day.
Ladies, our next Auxiliary meeting will be Monday January 19 at 1:30 p.m. with fellowship at 1 p.m., prior to the meeting.
The exercise/stretching classes are every Monday and Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. Card games are held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month at 12:00 p.m.
For anyone needing to rent the Texoma Community Center building for a party or family gathering place contact Judy Jeffreys at 405-684-1636. Calls are monitored twice a week so please allow plenty of time for your event.
The cost is $75 per day and can only be rented by members of the Fire District. The building capacity is 158.
