Courtesy photo Nancy Carter on East Harris was named Madill Rose Garden Club September Yard of the Month. Carter takes great pride in her yard and said she is enjoying the cool weather. She has a variety of plants, flowers and ferns, including Sago plants, Boston ferns, tropical hibiscus and Lantanas. She uses a variety of perennials in her flower beds. Her trees are Heritage Live Oaks, Chinese Pistache and Crepe Myrtles.
