The 72nd Annual Madill FFA Rodeo was held on April 11 and 12 at the Madill Roundup Club Arena. The two-night event saw huge crowds, with over 600 people attending to enjoy the beautiful weather and great rodeo action.
In the FFA events, Morgan Walls and Vincent Murphy won the FFA Chute Doggin’ buckles. The FFA Calf Scramble had students work in pairs to catch and halter a calf, winners were Kasen Eddings and Landon Wagoner.
The highlight of Saturday night was the recognition of 2025 Rodeo Royalty.
Royalty represented was past Queen Emily Arnold, as well as 2025 candidates Bria Tyner and Lea Schultz, both current members of the Madill FFA Chapter. Tyner received this year’s Rodeo Queen honors; and the pair of hard-working young ladies sold over $5600.00 in rodeo tickets collectively.
Many businesses and individuals were crucial in making sure the event went off without a hitch, whether they donated time or money. The Madill FFA is very thankful for all the help.
