The Marshall County Republicans group elected a new chairman. At the January 2025 monthly meeting, Nancy Beard Kerr was elected as the new GOP Chairman.
Kerr joined the Marshall County Republicans in 2020 and has worked on the campaigns of Donald Trump and Kevin Stitt. Kerr is a “full-throttle republican” and individual. She said she stands for her party and fights for her beliefs.
The Republican (GOP) Chairman from each county or precinct will regularly conduct meetings on behalf of their local Republican party. Kerr will also be responsible for arranging speakers to attend meetings, to promote any Republican candidates during the election season and campaign on their behalf.
Kerr will be in regular communication with the state and federal elected officials. The county chairman facilitates group communication with their elected representatives.
The State Republican Conventions are organized on the local level by the County Chairman, addressing attendance and voting issues. As Chairman, Kerr will attend state and federal committee meetings throughout the year.

She worked for Braniff Airways for 11 years while completing her Aviation degree and Certified Flight Instructor program.
