KHS junior Paytyn Short tried out for theAll-District choir in October at Southeastern Oklahoma State University. That win advanced her to the All-State Round Auditions in November in Ada. Then, she moved up to the second round of auditions in OKC. Short then was chosen as a 2025 OKMEA All-State Choir member. Short competed against all high school grades and class divisions 2A-6A.
