“When a person is facing changes in health, whether managing a new chronic condition or recovering from surgery, it’s hard to know where to turn for help,” said Brian Wilson, RPh, Chief Executive Officer. “The goal of A Path of Care is to help people find the right level of care needed for that moment in time,” he explained. “We want to meet people where they are, and work together to find the right path for care and healing in the comfort of their own homes.”
