On November 10, 2022, The Madill Record reported on a double fatality wreck that occurred just west of Kingston. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported that Bailey Greenlee was speeding in a 2019 Ford Mustang and collided with Darryl Love who was driving a 2017 Hyundai Sonata. Both drivers survived, however, both passengers, Kaylei Greenlee and Melva (Teel) Love, passed away in the accident.
As of January 3, 2024, two First-Degree Manslaughter charges were filed against Bailey Greenlee since he allegedly caused the accident by speeding. An online search found that Bailey Greenlee, a 21-year-old male from Kingston, only has a No Seatbelt and Speeding prior conviction.
