The Texoma Volunteer firefighters clean up is March 7th starting at 8 a.m. The Auxiliary will host a breakfast for all participants after the event.
Our February meeting had 18 members present. We all stood and recited the Pledge of Allengence.
Our guest speaker was Sherriff Donald Yow. He provided a lot of insight into current activities and updates within the Sherriffs Department. A big thank you to Jo for putting our handbooks together. Ladies, our next Auxiliary meeting will be Monday March 16 at 1:30 p.m. with fellowship at 1 p.m. prior to the meeting.
The exercise/stretching classes are every Monday andWednesday at10:00a.m. Card games are held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month at 12:00 p.m.
For anyone needing to rent the Texoma Community Center building for a party or family gathering place contact Judy Jeffreys at 405-684-1636. Calls are monitored twice a week so please allow plenty of time for your event.
The cost is $75 per day and can only be rented by members of the Fire District. The building capacity is 158.
