As many residents know, school starts this week on August 5. Also, there are many workers on the roads, so please exercise extreme caution and stay school zone aware.

The ladies Auxiliary is still selling raffle tickets for a guided fishing trip for 4 or a 2 night stay for 4 at the Deluxe cabins. Our drawing will be Saturday September 7thattheMexicanPileOn.To purchase tickets please contact Cyndi at 405-812-9746 or any lady of the Auxiliary.
Ladies our next Auxiliary meeting is August 17 at 1:30 p.m. with fellowship at 1 p.m. prior to the meeting. We still need water and Gatorade donations so please give contact me at 972-746-0092 The exercise/stretching classes are every Monday and Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. Card games are held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month at 12:00 p.m.
For anyone needing to rent the Texoma Community Center building for a party or family gathering place contact Judy Jeffreys at 405-684-1636. Calls are monitored twice a week so please allow plenty of time for your event.
The cost is $75 per day and can only be rented by members of the Fire District. The building capacity is 158.
