Prostitution: Selena Hudgins, a 21-year-old female from Kingston was arrested on December 7 for Engaging in Prostitution within 1000 feet of a Church, Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery, Assault on a Police Officer, Obstruction, Resisting an Executive Officer and Threatening to Enact Violence. An online search shows she has prior convictions for Trespassing.
Gregory McMillian, a 50-year-old male from Kingston was arrested for Engaging in Prostitution. An online search showed priors for DUI, and Transportation of an Open Container.
Burglary/Theft: Three people were arrested for various forms of Burglary/Theft on December 2.
•Michael Furey, a 55-year-old male from Marietta was arrested for a Motion to Revoke warrant out of Grayson County. Furey was on probation for Theft of Services more than $250 but less than $30,000. An online search showed Furey has prior convictions for Concealing Stolen Property, Possession of a Firearm After a Former Conviction of a Felony, Embezzlement and Stalking.
•Holli Tull – a 40-year-old female with no address, and John Waldman – a 27-year-old man with no address were both arrested on December 2 for two counts each of Second-Degree Burglary.
•Vickie Larner, a 60-year-old female from Madill was arrested for Petit Larceny and Trespassing. An online search came up negative for any Oklahoma priors.
Richard Starn, a 34-year-old male from Read Oak was arrested on December 6 for Failure to Appear on a Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer charge. An online search showed no Oklahoma priors.
Christopher Major, a 45-year-old male from McAlester was arrested on December 7 for a Theft of Property more than $30,000 but less than $150,000 warrant from Potter County, Texas, and a Theft of Property warrant out of Kansas. An online search shows prior convictions for Grand Larceny, Child Abuse, Concealing Stolen Property, a Protection Order Violation and two counts of Threatening Acts of Violence.
Possession: On December 2, three people were arrested for various types of Possession charges.
• Preston Chill, an 18-year-old male from Kingston was arrested for two counts of Possession of CDS. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.
•Kyle Compton-Colvin, a 21-year-old male from Madill was arrested for Failure to Pay on a Possession of CDS with the Intent to Distribute, and Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Felony. An online search shows he has one prior for a DWI.
•Plez Connel, a 59-year-old male from Oklahoma City was brought to the Marshall County Jail to begin an 18-month sentence for Possession of a Firearm After a Former Conviction of a Felony. An online search shows he has a prior conviction for First-Degree Rape.
Zachariah Burke, a 21-year-old male from Kingston was booked into the jail to await transport to a Rehab Drug Facility. An online search found no Oklahoma priors.
