Murder: The Madill Record previously reported that Kevin Moseley, a 56-year-old male from Kingston was arrested for three counts of First Degree Murder — Deliberate Intent on August 22. An online search shows his attorney on record is Eric Jones of Ardmore.

Assault: Taylor Durrett, a 24-year-old and Cody Bowling, a 26-year-old male, both from Gordonville, Texas was arrested on August 27 on two counts of Abandon Endangerment of a Child/Criminal Neglect from Grayson County. An online search showed Durrett has a misdemeanor possession charge.

On September 2, officers arrested Spencer McCarney, a 24-year-old male from Kingston for Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery in the Presence of a Minor and Interference with an Emergency Telephone Call — both misdemeanors. An online search shows McCarney has no other offenses in Oklahoma.

Burglary/Theft: Jay Taylor, a 20-year-old from Purcell was arrested on August 28 for Petit Larceny. An online search showed no other Oklahoma priors.

Dale Lee, a 21-year-old female from Gene Autry was arrested on August 29 for Failure to Appear on a Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer. Lee has a felony prior of Child Neglect, and a misdemeanor Possession of Paraphernalia and Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer from Carter County.

Amantha Moore, a 46-yearold female from Madill was arrested on August 30 for Petit Larceny and Trespassing. An online search showed Moore has a felony Possession of CDS and misdemeanor Possession in Marshall County, and a felony Distribution of CDS and misdemeanor Possession in Carter County.

Coy Cook, a 42-year-male from Kingston was arrested on August 30 for Failure to Appear and answer to a felony charge of Entering with the Intent to Steal Copper and Possession of Tools by Previous Burglar. An online search showed Cook has two Marshall County felonies — Possession of CDS, and Bail Jumping. Cook also has two convictions from Lincoln County for Second Degree Burglary.

On September 1, Jonathon Arterberry, a 35-year-male from Madill was arrested for Failure to Pay on two Second Degree Burglary convictions stemming from 2016. He was also arrested for Trespassing. An online search showed no other Oklahoma priors.

Latosha Singleton, a 31-year-old female from Madill was arrested on September 1 for Failure to Pay on two Second Degree Burglary convictions, and trespassing. She also had warrants with the city of Madill for Petit Larceny, Possession of CDS, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Possession: Steven Williams, a 43-year-old male from Madill was arrested on August 26 for Failure to Appear on a Possession of CDS charge. Williams also has a misdemeanor Possession and DUI conviction.

On August 30, Richard Robinson, a 46-year-old male from Madill was arrested for Failure to Appear and Pay on two counts of Possession of CDS and a DUI. Robinson has multiple priors in Bryan County. Feloniously Carrying a Firearm, Possession of a Firearm After Former Conviction of a Felony, Grand Larceny, four DUIs, two Driving Under Suspension, and various Possession convictions.

James Rice, a 64-year-old male from Madill was arrested for Possession of CDS and Transporting a Loaded Firearm on August 31. An online search showed no other Oklahoma priors for Rice.

On August 31, Destiny Robertson, a 36-year-old female from Madill was arrested for Possession of CDS, Obstructing an Officer, and False Impersonation. Robertson was also arrested on Johnston County warrants for Public Intoxication and Obstruction.

On September 1, Zachariah Burke, a 20-year-old male from Kingston was arrested for Failure to Pay on a Possession of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia convictions. An online search showed no other Oklahoma priors.

Shelly Cramer, a 52-year-old female from Mannsville was arrested on September 1 for Possession of CDS — Meth, Possession of CDS — Prescription, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Public Intoxication. An online search shows Cramer has two misdemeanors, one for DUI, and other other for Possession of CDS.

Driving Infractions: On August 28, Janis Buckley, a 48-year-old female from Kingston was arrested for a Failure to Appear on a DUI charge, she also has a misdemeanor prior conviction of Outraging Public Decency.

Easton Goodwin, a 23-yearold male from Madill was arrested on August 31 for a DUI. An online shows Goodwin only has a No Insurance ticket from Bryan County.

David Krause, a 59-year-oldmale from Plains, Kansas was arrested for a DUI. An online search shows no Oklahoma priors.

On August 28, Nicholas Mayhue, a 35-yer-old from Kingston was arrested for No Drivers License. Mayhue is currently serving 60 days on the weekends for a misdemeanor DUI.

Laxavier Porter, a 20-yearold male from Madill was arrested on August 29 for Failure to Pay on a No Insurance charge. An online search shows no other priors.

Pauletta Samis, a 48-yearold female from Tishomingo was arrested for Failure to Appear on a Transporting an Open Container and Physical Control of a Vehicle While Intoxicated stemming from 2000. Samis has a felony Assault and Battery on an Emergency Technician from Carter County and a felony Cruelty to Animals from Pontotoc County.

On August 30, Billy Stephens, a 37-year-old male from Marietta was arrested for Failure to Appear on an Operating a Motor Vehicle offload in W.M.A. An online search shows Stephens has a felony Possession of CDS — Meth from Love County.

Cory Wesley, a 30-year-old male from Calera was arrested on August 31 for DUI. Online records show Wesley has a misdemeanor Domestic Assault/Assault and Battery from Bryan County. He is also facing a felony Domestic Assault from Bryan County.

On September 1, Ismael Rangel, a 51-year-old male from Kingston was arrested for a DUI and Transporting an Open Container. An online search shows no other Oklahoma priors.

Joshua Williams, an 18-yearold male from Newcastle was arrested on September 1 for a DUI, and Leaving the Scene of an Accident.

Miscellaneous: On August 28, Rhonda Jackson, a 40-yearold female from Kingston was arrested for Failure to Appear on two counts of Malicious Injury to Property — one from 2015 the other from 2018. Jackson has a prior felony of Furnishing Alcoholic Beverage to a Minor.

Steven Gonser, a 28-year-old from Ardmore was arrested on August 28 for Malicious Injury to Property. An online search shows Gonser has a prior from Jefferson County of A Person Under 21 With Low Point Beer.

On August 28, Tylor Cauthon, a 23-year-old male from Mead was arrested for a felony Uttering a Forged Instrument stemming from 2017. Cauthon has a few misdemeanor convictions of Public Intoxication and Domestic Assault.

Ashely Tate, a 22-year-old female from Kingston was arrested on August 29 for Trespassing and Attempting to Defraud. Tate has two felonies, one for Exploitation of an Elderly Person by Deception or Intimidation, and Injury to a Public Building. She also has two misdemeanors for Credit Card Fraud, and Possession of Urine to Fake a Urinalysis.

Norris Davis, a 61-year-old male from Enos was arrested on August 31 for a Texas Department of Corrections warrant.

On September 2, Jason Vallejo, a 40-year-old male from Kingston was arrested for a warrant out of San Diego, Calif.
