Assault/Child Abuse:

Kenneth Pickens, a 45-yearold from Madill was arrested on January 6 for Motion to Revoke probation on a Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery conviction, and also for Failure to Appear on a Possession of CDS charge. An online search found prior convictions for Obtaining Merchandise by Bogus Check, and Assault and Battery.

Luis Garcia, a 47-year-old male from Madill was arrested for a Child Abuse by Injury, and Child Neglect charge from 2018. An online search found no other Oklahoma prior convictions.

Christina Hale, a 28-yearold female from Whitesboro, Texas was arrested on January 9 for a Texas warrant on an Abandoning/Endangering a Child charge. No Oklahoma or Grayson County priors were found.

Christopher Compton, a 29-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on January 10 for Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery. An online search found prior convictions in Oklahoma for Grand Larceny, Conspiracy, Second-Degree Burglary, Eluding Officers, Outraging Public Decency, and two convictions for Public Intoxication. Compton is also currently facing Malicious Injury to Property less than $2500.

Possession: Chelsey Gamboa, a 27-year-old female from Durant was arrested on January 6 for Distribution of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Petit Larceny. Gamboa has no prior Oklahoma convictions, but is facing an Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle in Bryan County, and a Trafficking of CDS in Love County.

Three individuals were arrested on January 10 for various possession charges.

Daniel Durante, a 42-yearold male from Godley, Texas was brought to the Marshall County Jail to begin a five-year sentence for two convictions of Possession of CDS with the Intent to Distribute.

Thomas Giddens, a 62-yearold male from Madill was arrested for Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and No Driver’s License. An online search came up negative for Oklahoma priors.

Terry Ross, a 28-year-old male from Madill was arrested for Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Speeding. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.

Driving: Bobby Hammons, a 70-year-old from Madill was arrested on January 8 for Failure to Pay on two DUI convictions, and Driving Under Suspension. An online search showed a prior conviction for Possession of a Sawed-Off Rifle.

Three people were arrested on January 9 for various driving infractions.

Joshua Harris, a 31-yearold male from Oakland was arrested for No Driver’s, No Insurance and a Failure to Appear. An online search showed priors for DUI, Transporting an Open Container – Beer, Carrying a Firearm while Under the Influence, two convictions for Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery, Possession of a Stolen Vehicle, and two convictions for Possession of CDS.

Michael Nark, a 44-year-old male from Kingston was arrested for No Driver’s License. An online search only found a few traffic violations.

James Koop, a 25-year-old male from Madill reported to the Marshall County Jail to begin a 30-day sentence for Possession of CDS, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. An online search found prior convictions for Possession of CDS, and DUI.

Miscellaneous: Kayleigh Blair, an 18-year-old from Kingston was arrested on January 7 for Petit Larceny. An online search came up negative for Oklahoma priors.

Harold Macneil, a 39-yearold male was transported to the Marshall County Jail for a Writ of Habeas Corpus on a First-Degree Murder/Deliberate Intent After the Formal Conviction of a Felony charge. Macneil has priors for Possession of CDS with the Intent to Distribute, Possession of a Firearm After the Former Conviction of a Felony, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Driving Under Suspension.

Kyla Barnes, a 33-year-old female from Mannsville was arrested on January 8 for Failure to Appear and Answer to two charges of Conspiracy to Defraud the Marshall County Jail. According to an online search, Barnes has prior convictions for Public Intoxication, and two counts of Obstructing an Officer.

Ray Cotton, a 56-year-old male from Hartshorne was transported to the Marshall County Jail on January 9 for a Writ of Habeas Corpus on a Deprived Child charge. No priors were found in an online search.

Kaven Griffin, a 34-year-old male from Oakland was arrested on January 9 for Falsely Impersonating a Character to Marry Another. An online search shows Griffin has prior convictions for Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon, Domestic Abuse/ Assault and Battery in the Presence of a Child, DWI, Distribution of CDS, and Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery by Strangulation.

Kyle Whitthorne, a 27-yearold male from Madill was arrested on January 10 for Failure to Appear and Answer to Child Support. An online search found prior convictions for Larceny from a House, False Declaration of Ownership at a Pawn Shop, Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery, Resisting an Officer, Trespassing, Possession of CDSS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Obstructing an Officer.
