Burglary/Theft: Richard Buie, a 34-year-old male from Binco was brought to the Marshall County Jail on November 5 for a Writ of Habeas Corpus for a felony charge of Second-Degree Burglary, and Falsely Impersonating Another to Create Liability. An online search showed Buie has a misdemeanor conviction of Obstructing an Officer in Marshall County. He also shows a few felonies in Mayes county – Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle After a Former Conviction of a Felony, and Concealing Stolen Property After a Former Conviction of a Felony. In McClain county, he has a felony Possession of CDS, Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and Concealing Stolen Property, and a misdemeanor DUI and Obstructing an Officer.

Freddy Cervantes, a 24-yearold male from Madill was also brought to the Marshall County Jail November 5 for a Writ of Habeas Corpus for charges of First-Degree Burglary, Attempted Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon, Assault with a Dangerous Weapon While Masked or Disguised. Online records show Cervantes has a misdemeanor for Possession of CDS.

Heather Cofer, a 31-year-old female from Madill was arrested on November 7 for Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer Less than $500. No Oklahoma priors showed up during an online search.

Marshall Butler, a 40-yearold male from Fort Wayne, Ind. Was arrested on November 11 for First-Degree Burglary. An online search showed no other Oklahoma priors.

Possession: Rebecca Crenshaw, a 36-year-old female from Madill was arrested on November 4 for Failure to Appear and Pay on a Distribution of a CDS conviction. Crenshaw showed no other Oklahoma priors.

On November 6, Coty Howe, a 27-year-old male from Madill was arrested for two counts Possession of CDS, and one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Howe is currently serving a four-month sentence on the weekends for a Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Public Intoxication. The online search also shows Howe has multiple felonies – two convictions for Larceny from the House, two convictions for Possession of CDS, Larceny of an Automobile, Possession of CDS – Hydrocodone, Possession of a Credit Card Belonging to Another, and Concealing Stolen Property.

John Holt, a 43-year-old from Mead was arrested for a hold from Johnston County for Aggravated Trafficking, and Possession of CDS with the Intent to Distribute, Conspiracy to Deliver CDS. Holt is currently facing False Declaration of Ownership in Pawn from Bryan County. His priors show as a First-Degree Burglary, three convictions of Second-Degree Burglary, five convictions for False Declaration of Ownership at Pawn, and five convictions of Concealing Stolen Property

Giovanni Zumwalt, a 46-year-old male from Durant was also arrested on November 7 for Possession of CDS. An online search brought up no Oklahoma priors.

Daniel Durante, a 42-yearold male from Godley, Texas was arrested on November 8 on a warrant for an Application to Accelerate for a Possession with Intent to Distribute.

Juan Chavez, an 18-year-old male from Durant was arrested on November 9 for Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Transporting an Open Container – Beer, DUI, and Failure to Keep in the Proper Lane. He is also facing Obstructing a Police Officer, Intersection Violation and Failure to Wear a Seatbelt in Bryan County.

Charles Talkington, a 37-year-old from Madill was also arrested on November 9 for Possession of CDS – Marijuana, and Possession of CDS – Meth. An online search showed he has one prior Possession conviction

Driving: Rangel Trevino, a 57-year-old male from Madill was arrested on November 4 for Driving Under Suspension. An online search found no other Oklahoma priors.

Johnny Carter, a 36-year-old male from Madill was arrested on November 5 for Driving Under Suspension, and Speeding. An online search showed Carter has prior convictions for Possession of CDS, Escape from Detention, Bail Jumping, Endangering Others While Eluding/Attempting to Escape Police, and Possession with the Intent to Distribute. He has two misdemeanor priors for Possession of Urine to Pass a test, and DUS.

Robert Miller, a 54-year-old male from Tishomingo was arrested for Failure to Pay on a DUI. An online search shows Miller has multiple DUI convictions in two different counties, he also has a Probation Violation conviction in Carter County.

On November 8, Brian Fore, a 41-year-old male from Paris, Texas was arrested for Failure to Pay a DUS conviction from 2006. An online search showed Fore has prior convictions for Obtaining Merchandise with a Bogus Check, Public Intoxication, and Possession with the Intent to Distribute.

Donavan Sides, a 37-yearold male from Bokchito was arrested on November 8 for Failure to Pay Taxes owed the State. An online search showed Sides has a prior conviction for Embezzlement in Bryan County.

Jody Beal, a 42-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on November 10 for Failure to Appear and Pay on a No Driver’s License, Incoming Reciprocal, Administrative Order, and Resisting and Executive Officer. An online search showed priors of DWI, Physical Control of a Vehicle While Under the Influence, Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery.

Blake Laberge, a 27-year-old male from Madill was arrested on November 10 for No Driver’s License and an Improper Plate. An online search showed no Oklahoma priors.

Miscellaneous: Stacie Sons, a 50-year-old female from Durant was arrested on November 4 for Failure to Appear and Pay on an Uttering a Forged Instrument felony conviction. An online search shows Sons has a misdemeanor Assault and Battery and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Francine Castaneda, a 40-year-old female from Madill was arrested on November 5 for Failure to Pay on a Public Intoxication and Resisting an Officer. An online search showed no Oklahoma priors

Kyla Barnes, a 33-year-old female from Mannsville was arrested on November 6 for Conspiracy to Defraud the Marshall County Jail. An online search shows two misdemeanors for Obstruction.

Judy Lindsey, a 63-yearold female from Madill was also arrested on November 6 for Conspiracy to Defraud the Marshall County Jail. An online search for Oklahoma priors came up empty.

Adrienne Hannan, a 40-yearold female with no address listed was arrested on November 9 for Public Intoxication. An online search showed no Oklahoma priors listed.

Shayne Hannan, a 32-yearold male from Madill was also arrested on November 9 for Public Intoxication. The background search came up empty.
