An online search showed Buie has a misdemeanor conviction of Obstructing an Officer in Marshall County. He also shows a few felonies in Mayes county – Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle After a Former Conviction of a Felony, and Concealing Stolen Property After a Former Conviction of a Felony. In McClain county, he has a felony Possession of CDS, Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and Concealing Stolen Property, and a misdemeanor DUI and Obstructing an Officer.
Freddy Cervantes, a 24-yearold male from Madill was also brought to the Marshall County Jail November 5 for a Writ of Habeas Corpus for charges of First-Degree Burglary, Attempted Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon, Assault with a Dangerous Weapon While Masked or Disguised. Online records show Cervantes has a misdemeanor for Possession of CDS.
