Burglary/Theft: Brittany Coffman, a 32-year-old female from Madill was arrested on October 7 for Failure to Pay on three counts of Second Degree Burglary, and one felony count of Concealing Stolen Property. She was also picked up for Failure to Pay on a misdemeanor Distribution of an Imitation Controlled Substance, and Assault and Battery.

On October 10, three suspects were arrested for various charges of theft.

• Tyler Branam, a 25-yearold male from Mannsville appeared for a Writ of Habeas Corpus for a felony charge of False Declaration of Ownership at Pawn. Branam is currently facing misdemeanor charges of a DWI, Driving Under Suspension, and Speeding. An online search showed Branam has a prior of First Degree Manslaughter in Bryan County.

• Amber Norris, a 38-yearold female from Ardmore was arrested for Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer, Trespassing and Receiving/ Concealing Stolen Property. An online search showed no Oklahoma priors.

• Gary Norris, a 48-yearold male from Ardmore was arrested for Petit Larceny, and Concealing Stolen Property. An online search also came up empty for him.

Possession: Bodee Risinger, a 26-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on October 8 for Failure to Pay on a felony conviction of Possession of CDS – Meth. An online search showed Risinger had a misdemeanor for Possession of CDS.

On October 9, two people were arrested for Possession.

• Gaylee Bethea, a 20-yearold female from Kingston was arrested for Possession of CDS, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. An online search found no Oklahoma priors.

• John Womack, a 24-yearold male from Kingston began a 90 day sentence at the Marshall County Jail for a felony conviction of Possession of CDS with the Intent to Distribute, and two misdemeanors for Possession of CDS –  Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. An online search came up empty for Oklahoma priors.

John Holt, a 43-year-old male from Mead was held for a courtesy hold for multiple charges from Johnston County; Aggravated Trafficking in Illegal Drugs, Possession of CDS with the Intent to Distribute, Conspiracy to Deliver/ Possession of CDS. Online records show Holt is also facing a felony of False Declaration of Ownership in Pawn from Bryan County. It also shows he has prior felonies in Seminole County for First Degree Burglary, three counts each of Second Degree Burglary, Concealing Stolen Property and False Declaration of Ownership in Pawn.

Rape: Tasha McCuan, a 44-year-old female from Kingston was brought to the Marshall County Jail on October 7 to begin her five year sentence for Second Degree Rape.

Driving: Kenneth Harris, a 55-year-old male from Duncan was arrested on October 4 for Driving Under Suspension, Possession of CDS, and Improper Plate. An online search showed Harris has multiple priors. He has a felony for Concealing Stolen Property, and misdemeanors for Domestic Assault/Assault and Battery, Obtaining Cash or Merchandise by Bogus Check, and a DUS from Jefferson County.

Christopher Drawbaugh, a 35-year-old male from Ada began a 30 day sentence for a felony conviction of Child Endangerment by DUI. An online search showed Drawbaugh has a misdemeanor conviction of Domestic Assault/Assault and Battery in the Presence of a Minor from Johnston County, and a felony Possession CDS Second and Subsequent from Pontotoc County. It also shows misdemeanor Possession CDS – Meth, two counts of DUI and a Public Intoxication.

Tiffany Broadhead, a 26-year-old female from Kingston was arrested on October 13 for Aggravated DUI, and Driving Left of Center. An online search showed a prior of misdemeanor Possession of CDS.
