Assault: Kaylin Guest, 23-year-old female from Huntsville, Texas was arrested on September 26 for Assault, Trespassing and Petit Larceny. An online search showed no Oklahoma priors.

Theft: On September 24, Justin Cassell, a 46-year-old male from Colbert was arrested for Petit Larceny, Possession of CDS, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. An online search showed no Oklahoma priors, save for a ticket in Bryan County.

Jared Reed, a 36-year-old male from Colbert was also arrested on September 24 for Petit Larceny, Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Trafficking. After arraignment, Reed’s official charges are felony Possession of CDS with Intent to Distribute, and misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer.

Tyler Branam, a 25-year-old from Mannsville was arrested on September 25 for Failure to Pay on a False Declaration of Ownership in Pawn over $1,000 conviction from 2014. An online search showed Branam has a felony conviction of First Degree Manslaughter from Bryan County.

On September 26, Ronnie Craddock, a 38-year-old male from Durant was arrested for Failure to Pay on a Concealing Stolen Property conviction from Atoka County, and a misdemeanor Possession of CDS – Meth charge in Marshall County. Craddock also has prior felony convictions in Bryan County. Second Degree Attempted Burglary, Concealing Stolen Property, Possession of CDS with the Intent to Distribute, and Second Degree Burglary After a Former Conviction of a Felony. He also has various misdemeanors of Possession and Larceny.

Delona Brewer, a 48-yearold female from Madill was arrested on September 27 for Petit Larceny, Driving Under Suspension and Trespassing. An online search showed Brewer has a misdemeanor in Carter County for Larceny of Lost Property.

Also on September 27, Christopher Young, a 28-year-old male from Lawton began serving a 90 day sentence for Obtaining Property by False Pretenses. Young has misdemeanor priors in Bryan County and Stephens County – Larceny, , Resisting Arrest, Concealing Stolen Property, Public Intoxication, and two counts of Obstruction.

Lainey Martin, a 26-yearold female from Kingston was arrested on September 29 for Second Degree Burglary, Obstruction, Receiving Stolen Property, and Transferring a Firearm to any Felon, Intoxicated or Disturbed Person. An online search showed no Oklahoma priors.

Chad Polster, a 49-yearold male from Madill was also arrested on September 29 for Failure to Appear and answer to a Concealing Stolen Property charge. An online search showed Polster has a felony conviction of Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon, and misdemeanors of Domestic Assault, Possesson of CDS –  Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Attempting to Elude, and No Insurance.

Possession: Ernest Montgomery, a 34-year-old male from Madill was arrested on September 23 for Failure to Pay on multiple convictions. An online search showed has multiple felonies in two separate counties. Marshall County shows felonies of a Stolen Vehicle, Possession of CDS with the Intent to Distribute within 1000 Feet of a School, Distribution of CDS, and Extortion. Johnston County has his felonies listed as Possession of a Weapon on School Property, Carrying a Weapon with an Unlawful Intent, and Entering with the Intent to Steal Copper.

Robert Tiller, a 48-yearold male from Kingston was arrested on September 23 for Distribution of CDS, Possession with the Intent to Distribute, Unlawfully Carrying a Weapon, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Obstruction, Attempting to Elude, Affixing and Unauthorized Plate to a Vehicle, Passing to the Left of Center, No Proper Tags, and No Insurance. Tiller was in the police blotter once again on September 27. This time, he was arrested for Trafficking Methamphetamines 20 grams or more, Possession of Stolen Property and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. An online search shows Tiller has prior felony convictions for two counts Possession of CDS, two counts of Endeavoring to Manufacture Methamphetamine, Concealing Stolen Property, and Feloniously Carrying a Firearm.

Dalton Williams, a 19-yearold male from Madill was arrested on September 25 for Possession of CDS – Marijuana, and Possession of CDS – Methamphetamine. An online search showed Williams only has a few traffic tickets on his record.

On September 26, Chad Mangum, a 46-year-old male from Kingston was arrested for Possession of CDS, Possession of CDS Without a Tax Stamp, Attempting to Elude, Possession of a Firearm After a Former Conviction of a Felony. Mangum has multiple prior convictions. They range from DUI Second and Subsequent, Possession of Marijuana, Placing Body Fluids on an Officer, DUI, Domestic Assault/Assault and Battery, Feloniously Pointing a Firearm to Possession of a Firearm After a Formal Conviction of a Felony. Mangum’s record also shows multiple misdemeanors including Resisting, Eluding, Possession and Domestic Assault.

Dallas Duflot, a 24-year-old from Kingston was arrested on September 27 for Possession of CDS Without a Tax Stamp, and Possession of CDS. He is also being held for a warrant from Christian County for Possession of CDS 35 grams, Possession of CDS, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

John Holt, a 43-year-old male from Mead was arrested on September 28 for a Johnston County warrant of Aggravated Trafficking, Possession of CDS with the Intent to Distribute, Conspiracy to Deliver, and Possession of CDS. Online records show Holt is also facing a felony of False Declaration of Ownership in Pawn from Bryan County. It also shows he has prior felonies in Seminole County for First Degree Burglary, three counts each of Second Degree Burglary, Concealing Stolen Property and False Declaration of Ownership in Pawn.

Driving: On September 23, two people were arrested for driving infractions.

• Austin Garrison, a 34-yearold male from Ardmore was arrested for Driving Under Suspension, and No Insurance. An online search showed Garrison has prior felonies – Possession of CDS with the Intent to Distribute, and Possession of CDS from Bryan County, and Trafficking and Possession of CDS with the Intent to Distribute in Carter County.

• Johnnie Williams, a 45-year-old male from Kingston was arrested for DUS and an Expired Registration. An online search showed Williams has a felony conviction of Bringing Contraband into a Jail, and misdemeanors of Public Intoxication, DUI, Possession of Marijuana, No Drivers License and No Insurance.

Two drivers were arrested on September 24 for various driving infractions.

• Jessica Christie, a 31-yearold from Madill was arrested for DUS, No Insurance, and No Inspection. An online search showed Christie has priors from Johnston County for DUI, Resisting Arrest, and Attempting to Escape from Arrest or Detention.

• Michael Nark, a 43-yearold male from Kingston was arrested for DUS, and Reckless Driving. An online search showed Nark only has a few traffic infractions in Oklahoma.

Oswaldo Arroyo, a 23-yearold male from Madill was arrested on September 25 for No Drivers License. An online search showed Arroyo has prior misdemeanors; two counts of DUI, Transporting an Open Container – Beer, TOC – Liquor, No Drivers License, and Speeding 65 in a 35. He is also serving weekends on a sentence for Domestic Assault/Assault and Battery and Larceny.

Victor Meija, a 61-year-old male from Madill was arrested on September 26 for DUS, and Expired Registration. An online search showed no Oklahoma priors.

Shane Wavada, a 28-yearold male from Kingston was arrested on September 27 for DUS and Expired Registration. An online search showed Wavada has a felony of Bringing Contraband into a Jail, and a few misdemeanors of PI, DUI, Possession of Marijuana, No Drivers License and No Insurance.

On September 29, two people were arrested for driving infractions.

• Taracia Thomas, a 43-yearold female from Madill was arrested for a DUI. An online search showed no Oklahoma priors.

• Johanna Williamson, a 22-year-old female from Ardmore was arrested for DUS, TOC– Beer, TOC – Liquor, and No Insurance. An online search for Oklahoma priors came up empty.

Miscellaneous: R.H. Richards, a 55-year-old male from Kingston was arrested for Obstruction. An online search showed no other priors from Oklahoma.

Kenzie Crowley, a 24-yearold female from Tishomingo was arrested on September 26 for Threatening to Perform Acts of Violence and Escape from Arrest or Detention. Crowley is currently facing an arrest from a mere two weeks ago for misdemeanor Obstructing an Officer. An online showed Crowley has priors of Possession of Contraband in Jail, Possession of CDS – Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, PI, and Possession of CDS – Meth.

Reginald Thorn, a 42-yearold male from Cartwright was also arrested for September 26 for Failure to Appear and answer to a felony Child Neglect charge. An online search showed Then is also facing misdemeanor charges of Possession of CDS –  Meth, Possession of Dug Paraphernalia, DUS and No Registration. Thorn has felony convictions in Bryan County for Trafficking Meth, Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony, and a misdemeanor PI.

Kelsey Gregory, a 32-yearold female from Kingston was arrested on September 27 for Failure to Appear and answer to a money judgement. An online search came up empty for Oklahoma priors.

Matthew McCarter, a 33-year-old male from Cartwright was arrested on September 27 for a Grady County warrant for TOC – Beer. An online search showed no Oklahoma priors.

Juan Trevino, a 25-year-old male from Farmers Branch, Texas was arrested for Public Intoxication and Obstruction. An online prior search came up empty.
