BreakingandEntering: Kyle Beene, a 41-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on July 2 for Breaking and Entering a Dwelling without Permission and Application to Accelerate on a Second-Degree Burglary conviction. Harry Goad, a 74-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on July 7 for Second-Degree Burglary and Grand Larceny. An online search found priors for Aggravated DUI and Transporting an Open Container.

Assault : Cynthia Villicana, a 41-year-old female from Kingston was booked into the Marshall County Jail to begin a 30-day sentence for an Aggravated Assault and Battery conviction. No other Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.

Monichah McCulley, a 27-year-old female from Durant was arrested on July 5 for Assault and Battery on a Police Officer and Violation of a Protection Order. Priors for Assault and Battery on a Police Officer and Custodial Interference were found in an online search.

Theft : Ralph Malone, a 53-year-old male from New Castle was arrested on July 6 for Failure to Pay on a First-Degree Burglary conviction. An online search found other priors for Domestic Abuse/ Assault and Battery.

Gavin Beverly, a male from Tecumseh was arrested on July 7 for Petit Larceny.

Tommy Benson, a male from Oklahomawas arrested on July 9 for Petit Larceny.

Possession : Charles Hale, a a 51-year-old male from Ardmore was arrested on June 26 for an Application toAcceleratetheprobationon a Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Firearm and Aggravated Weapons. Other priors for Possession of CDS, Trespassing, and DUI. He is also facing charges for Feloniously Pointing a Firearm and Possession of a Firearm After the Former Conviction of a Felony.
