Madill Public Works Authority’s monthly meeting was held on February 13. Agenda items one through four were general housekeeping items.

Item five was to discuss and take action on a fiveyear sewage management contract and agreement with Kenneth and Terri Hale. The item was approved with an increase of cost from $1,000 per year to $1,500 per year.

Once the council approve the sewage management contract, they moved on to item six. That one was to discuss and take possible action concerning any matter not known or which could not have been reasonably foreseen prior to the time of posting the meeting agenda, there was none.

Item seven was the public works financial report of a total bill at $148,58.27, revenues are at 63.75%, and expenses are at 66.94%.

The council moved on down the list and landed on item eight. It was the city manager’s report, there was no new business to report. The council moved on to the remaining two agenda items: unscheduled appearances and remarks and inquiries by thecouncilmembers.Neither one had comments.
