Months-long investigation lands several people in jail

The Marshall County Sheriff’s Office said that six Marshall County residents were arrested following a months-long investigation and several executed search warrants. At approximately 7:00 a.m. on April 20, the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office, along with the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics, Oklahoma Highway Patrol, Chickasaw Lighthorse Police Department, Kingston Police DepartmentandMadillPolice Department, served several outstanding warrants from Oakland to O.U. Biological Road and S. 12th Ave.

While serving the warrants, law enforcement found large amounts of methamphetamine from the individuals.

Cynthia Eckle-Bells, a 31-year–old from Ardmore was arrested for Possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. An online search found a prior for Possession of CDS - Marijuana, Methamphetamine and Alprazolam.

Darrell Pace was arrested for Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Firearm After the Formal Conviction of a Felony. An online search foundthatPace,a62-year-old from Kingston has priors for Concealing Stolen Property.

Bryan Jones was arrested for Possession of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Michael Lee, a 50-year-old from Madill was arrested for Trafficking in CDS, Possession of a Firearm After the Formal Conviction of a Felony and Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony. Priors for DUI, Transporting anOpenContainer,Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery, Obtaining Merchandise by a Bogus Check and Violation of a Protection Order were found in an online search.

Tiffany James, a 45-yearold from Madill was arrested for Trafficking in CDS. An online search found priors for Uttering a Forged Instrument, Financial Exploitation by a Care Giver and Embezzlement.

JanLuchsinger,a65-yearold from Kingston was arrested for Trafficking in CDS, Possession of a Firearm After the Formal Conviction of a Felony, Maintaining a Place to Sell CDS. An online search found priors for Possession of CDS and Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.
