MHS Scholarship info night a success

On Monday, March 24, the Madill Alumni Educational Foundation organized a scholarship information night for high school students and their parents. Attendees gathered at the Madill Wildcat Den to enjoy pizza and learn about scholarship opportunities.

Two local pizza restaurants generouslydonatedpizza, while Jennifer Martens provided drinks. Students and parents enjoyed the pizza and received valuable scholarship and program information fromSoutheastern Oklahoma State University, MurrayStateCollege,SouthernTech and Angie Marston.

Additionally, student voter registration services were available on-site, thanks to Savannah Martin and Kammie Elmore from the local Election Board Office.

The event was supported by members of the Madill Alumni Association and the Madill Alumni Educational Foundation, including Sue Nelson,WillaDeanCaldwell, Amanda Rushing, Sandra Sweeney, Mindy Brown, Jayson Pruitt, Wynne Stowers, Elizabeth Savage, Bryce Martens, Amy McCain, and Lauren Perkins.
