Assault: On July 9, Brandon Stewart was arrested for failure to appear on a Domestic Assault and Battery by Strangulation charge stemming from May 2018.

Charles Hall was arrested on July 15 for Domestic Assault and Battery, and Assault and Battery.

Grand Larceny/theft: On July 10, Britnie Johnson was arrested by the Kingston Police Department for Grand Larceny. Kory Ostend was arrested for Petit Larceny, Falsely Impersonating Another, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

On July 11, Elizabeth Birmingham was arrested for Petit Larceny, and on July 12, Christopher Roeseler was arrested for Felony taking a Debit Card.

Driving Under the Influence or Suspension: On July 8, Robert Lindamood was arrested on a bench warrant for failing to appear for a Driving Under the Influence and Leaving the Scene of an Accident. Lindamood’s charges stem back from 2017. David Tilley was arrested on July 10 for Driving Under the Influence, and Chad Tipps for motion to accelerate on DUI. Jeremiah Braudrick was arrested on July 13 for Driving Under the Influence.

On July 9, Carmen Ortega was arrested for Speeding, Public Intoxication, and a TAC Open Container.

On July 8, William Hodges was arrested for Driving Under Suspension. Charles Arles was arrested on July 9, and Miguel Sosa was arrested on July 10 for Driving Under Suspension. On July 14, James Dancer was arrested for Driving Under Suspension.

Child Neglect/ Endangerment: On July 13, Elizabeth Bijelic was arrested for failure to appear on charges from 2017, Child Neglect and Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth).

Naomi Hinds was arrested for a failure to appear on Endangering Others while Eluding or Attempting to Elude Police Officers from 2018.

Possession: On July 8, Charles Lodes was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Eric Skinkis was arrested on July 9 for failure to appear for a Possession of a Controlled Substance and False Declaration of Ownership in Pawn from 2015. Skinkis also has pending charges in Bryan County. On July 11, Catherine Pfaff was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Misty Mills was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to pay fines for possession.

Failure to appear: Shane Wirick was arrested on July 13 for failure to pay taxes due to state cash bond. On July 14, Lauren Miller was arrested on a bench warrant for Trespassing after being Forbidden from 2018.

Fire Run Report: On July 8, the Kingston Fire Department responded to two people in a capsized boat on Lake Rex Smith. Both were rescued without injury, and Enos Fire assisted. The KFD assisted Madill in and extrication from a rollover accident on July 10. On July 13, the fire department worked a two vehicle accident at 32 and 70F. One person needed to be extricated from the vehicle. On July 14, KFD worked a two vehicle accident on Highway 70 and Main Street.
