Burglary/Unauthorized Use: Chelsea Callen, a 32-year-old female from Madill was arrested on December 1 for Failure to Appear on an Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. An online search found a prior for Transporting an Open Container – Beer.

Dusty Zachary, a 31-yearold male from Kingston was also arrested on December 1 for Petit Larceny, and Failure to Pay on a Falsely Personating Another to Create Liability. Priors for Possession of Contraband by an Inmate, DUI, Possession of CDS, Operating/ Dealing with a Chop Shop, Conspiracy and DUI for Somebody Under 21.

Carmen Johnson, a 31-yearold male from McAlester was arrested on December 2 for two counts of Second-Degree Burglary and one count of Grand Larceny. An online search found multiple priors for Concealing Stolen Property, Possession of a Firearm After the Former Conviction of a Felony, Receiving Stolen Credit Card, Indecent Exposure, Attempting to Elude, Driving Under Suspension, No Insurance, and Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery. He is also facing charges for Omitting to Provide for a Minor and Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.

Tamera Lowe, an 18-yearold female from Kingston was booked into the Marshall County Jail on December 2 to begin a 5-day sentence for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and Possession of CDS. No other priors were found in an online search.

Keith Mobbs, a 59-year-old male from Atoka was also arrested on December 2 for Failure to Pay on Obtaining Cash/ Merchandise by Bogus Check conviction. An online search found three prior convictions for Falsely Claiming Ownership at a Pawn Shop, and one conviction each for Bogus Check/Con Game, Possession of Copper Wire, Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Obtaining Merchandise by Bogus Check and Grand Larceny.

Tammy Tippett, a 49-yearold female from Choctaw was booked into the Marshall County Jail on December 4 to begin a 45-day sentence for Obtaining Cash/Merchandise by False Pretenses. An online search found a prior for Two or More Bogus Checks over $500.

Driving: Louis Boggs, a 21-year-old male from Oklahoma City was arrested on November 30 for Driving Under Suspension, and arrested again on December 3 for DUS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and No License Plate. Only a prior for Public Intoxication was found in an online search.

Leyva Gonzalez, a 31-yearold female from Madill was arrested on December 1 for No Driver’s License. An online search came up negative for Oklahoma priors.

Bryar Sawyers, a 26-yearold male from Wilson was arrested on December 1 for Driving Under Suspension, No Insurance, Possession of CDS, No Driver’s License and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. An online search found Oklahoma priors for Endangering Others While Eluding/ Attempting to Elude a Police Officer, Possession of CDS – Hydrocodone, Possession of CDS – Methamphetamines, Possession of CDS – Lortab, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, No Insurance and No Registration. He is also facing charges for Concealing Stolen Property, Petit Larceny, and Uttering a Forged Instrument.

Lynsey Thomas, a 38-yearold male from Boswell was also arrested on December 1 for Driving Under Suspension. An online search found priors for Aggravated DUI and DUS.

Peggy Williams, a 42-yearold female from Mannsville was arrested On December 1 for Speeding 1-10 miles over. A conviction for Public Intoxication was found in an online search.

Charles Felska, a 57-yearold male from Kingston was arrested on December 3 for Failure to Pay on Leaving the Scene of an Accident Involving Damage, Transporting an Open Container – Beer and Driving Under Suspension. His priors show online as Possession of CDS with the Intent to Distribute, Possession of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony, and DUI.

Archie Bumpass, an 18-year-old male from Kingston was arrested December 5 for No Driver’s License, No Insurance, No Tags, Minor In Possession of Alcohol, and Public Intoxication. One prior conviction for Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer was found in an online search.

Travis Romo, a 28-year-old male from Madill was arrested on December 6 for DUI, Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Transporting an Open Container – Beer. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.

William Massingill, a 39-year-old male from Kingston was booked into the Marshall County Jail to begin his four-day sentence for DUI, Carrying a Firearm while Under the Influence and Transporting an Open Container – Beer. No other priors were found in an online search.
