Assault/Injury: Christopher Gentle, a 36-year-old male from Madill was arrested January 21 for Malicious Injury to Property. An online search found priors for Burglary of an Automobile, Possession of CDS with the Intent to Distribute within 1000 Feet of a School, DUI and multiple convictions for Possession of CDS.

Jasmine Mandrell, a 31-year-old female from Madill was arrested on January 22 for Threatening to Perform Acts of Violence. Only one traffic ticket was found in an online search.

Anthony Graves, a 27-yearold male from Kingston was arrested on January 24 for Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery. His priors show online as Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery, DUI and Public Intoxication.

Possession: Archie Bumpass, a 19-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on January 21 for Possession of CDS and Failure to Pay on a No Registration ticket. One prior for Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer was found in an online search.

Brian Duncan, a 31-year-old male from Durant was arrested on January 22 for Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Driving Under Suspension. An online search found priors for Entry with the Intent to Commit a Crime, Larceny of an Automobile, and Concealing Stolen Property.

Joshua Yarbrough, a 35-year-old male from Durant was also arrested on January 22 for Possession of CDS. Multiple priors for Second Degree Burglary, Concealing Stolen Property After the Formal Conviction of a Felony, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery, Harassing Electronic Communication, Concealing Stolen Property and Possession of CDS were found in an online search.

Michael Brown, a 34-yearold male from Madill was arrested on January 23 for Possession of CDS — Methamphetamines. An online search found priors for Possession of CDS, Concealing Stolen Property, Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery, Taking/Receiving a Stolen Credit Card, and Malicious Injury to Property. He is also facing charges for Uttering a Instrument.

Burglary/Unauthorized Use: Robert Conner, a 39-yearold male from Tishomingo was booked into the Marshall County Jail to begin a six-year sentence for Third Degree Burglary, Concealing Stolen Property, Second Degree Burglary, and Larceny of an Automobile. A prior for Public Intoxication and Third-Degree Arson were found in an online search.

James Davis, a 24-year-old male from Tishomingo was arrested on January 21 for Failure to Pay on two charges ofUnauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and Malicious Injury of Property. Other priors were found in an online search for Injury to a Public Building, Possession of CDS, Child Endangerment, and Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Felony.

Driving: Joshua Devin, a 32-year-old male from Gainesville, Texas was arrested January 2 for Failure to Pay on Taxes and Registration. No priors were found in an online search.

Lacey Ott, a 35-year-old female from Moore was arrested on January 23 for Driving Under Suspension. Priors for Uttering a Forged Instrument, Concealing Stolen Property, Possession of CDS with the Intent to Distribute, Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Felony, and Possession of a Stolen Vehicle were found in an online search. The search shows she is also facing charges for Embezzlement.

Kenneth Behrens, a66-yearold from Madill was arrested on January 23 for DUI. An online search shows his priors as Obtaining Merchandise by a Bogus Check, and DUI.

Terry Nuckolls, a 39-yearold male from Madill was arrested on January 26 for Failure to Pay on a Driving Under Suspension conviction.
