Eluding/Resisting: Corey Chavis, a 34-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on December 25 for Eluding/ Attempting to Elude an Executive Officer, Resisting an Executive Officer, Obstructing an Executive Officer, Public Intoxication and Threatening to Perform Acts of Violence. An online search found priors for Uttering a Forged Instrument, Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery, Obstructing an Executive Officer, Second-Degree Burglary, Possession of CDS, and Concealing Stolen Property.

Kyle Whitthorne, a 28-yearold male from Kingston was also arrested on December 25 for Eluding/Attempting to Elude an Executive Order, Resisting an Executive Officer and Failure to Appear for an Administrative Order. His priors show online as Larceny from a House, False Declaration of Ownership at a Pawn Shop, Resisting, Public Intoxication, Domestic Abuse/ Assault and Battery, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Trespassing.

Justin Brown, a 31-year-old male from Madill was arrested on December 27 for Resisting an Executive Officer, Public Intoxication and Threatening to Perform Acts of Violence. An online search found Oklahoma priors for Transporting an Open Container – Liquor, DUI, and Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery.

Theft/Larceny: Darla Hyatt, a 66-year-old female from Durant was arrested on December 24 for Petit Larceny. An online search only found a traffic ticket for an Oklahoma prior.

Herbert Matthews, a 64-year-old male from Durant was also arrested on December 24 for Petit Larceny. His priors only show as Possession of CDS and Speeding.

Roddy Polster, a 28-yearold male from Madill was arrested on December 27 for Application to Accelerate on a Second-Degree Burglary conviction. An online search found Oklahoma priors for two DUI convictions. He is also facing Falsely Personating Another to Create Liability.

Possession: Jerry Burton, a 67-year-old male from Mannsville was arrested on December 23 for Possession of CDS, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Priors for Public Intoxication, DUI, and Acts Resulting in Gross Injury for found in an online search.

Nilene Byars, a 23-yearold female from Madill was arrested on December 24 for Possession of Marijuana without a Medical License, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. No priors for Oklahoma were found in an online search.

Jeania Chastain, a 48-yearold female from Madill was also arrested on December 24 for Possession of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. An online search found two Oklahoma priors for Larceny of Merchandise from a House, two convictions for Distribution of CDS, and one conviction each for Possession of CDS with the Intent to Distribute, Bail Jumping, Possession of CDS, Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Obstructing an Executive Officer and DUS.

Miscellaneous: Johnny Hendrix, a 31-year-old male from Kingston was arrested on December 24 for Motion to Revoke on a Peeping Tom conviction. Besides the Peeping Tom conviction, an online search showed another conviction for Concealing Stolen Property and Possession of Stolen Property.

Calem Thomas, a 29-yearold male from Madill was arrested on December 26 for Consuming/Inhaling Intoxicants in a Public Place. Multiple prior Oklahoma convictions for First-Degree Burglary, Domestic Abuse/ Assault and Battery, Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery by Strangulation, Prisoner Placing Bodily Fluids on a Government Employee, Mistreating a Police Dog, Public Intoxication and two convictions for Second-Degree Burglary were found in an online search.
