Arson: Vikki Weaver-Davis, a 65-year-old female from Kingston was arrested on October 4 for First-Degree Arson and Endangering Human Life in the Commission of Arson. An online search shows a prior for Larceny of Merchandise from a Retailer. It also shows she is facing a charge for Actual Physical Control of a Vehicle While Under the Influence.

Assault: Mario Martinez, a 26-year-old male from Madill was arrested on October 2 for Assault and Battery. An online search came up negative for Oklahoma priors.

Theft: Sarharina Bernard, a 39-year-old female from Kingston was arrested on September 29 for Obtaining Cash/Merchandise by False Pretenses, Possession of CDS – Methamphetamines, Trespassing, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Bringing Contraband into a Jail/Penal Institution. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.

Robert Conner, a 39-yearold male from Walnut Springs, Texas was booked into the Marshall County Jail on September 29 for a Writ of Habeas Corpus for Third-Degree Burglary and Concealing Stolen Property charges. His priors show online as Public Intoxication, Third-Degree Arson, and DUI.

Michelene Reno-Bankston, a 25-year-old female from Mcalester was arrested on October 1 for Third-Degree Burglary, and Grand Larceny. An online search found three prior convictions for Taking a Stolen Credit Card, one for Concealing Stolen Property and Possession of CDS – Methamphetamines.

April Sledd, a 39-year-old female from Ardmore was also arrested on October 1 for Petit Larceny, Trespassing, Possession of CDS, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. An online search found priors for Driving Under Suspension, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, DUI, and Transporting an Open Container.

Tyler Cauthon, a 24-yearold male from Mead was arrested on October 5 for Failure to Appear and Pay on a nUttering Forged Instrument conviction. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.

Angela Iseley, a 44-year-old female from Healdton was arrested on October 5 for Obtaining Cash by False Pretenses. An online search found Oklahoma priors for Unauthorized Use of a Credit Card, Driving Under Suspension, and DUI.

Possession: Johnathan Upchurch, a 31-year-old male from Denton, Texas was arrested on September 29 for Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, No Driver’s License and Operating an Unsafe Vehicle. No Oklahoma priors were found in an online search.

Teresa Jones, a 56-year-old female from Madill was arrested on October 2 for Possession of CDS – Methamphetamines, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, No Driver’s License and Failure to Pay on convictions for Distribution of CDS, and Conspiracy to Deliver CDS.

Alan Elder, a 43-year-old male from Dallas, Texas was arrested on October 4 for Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, No Driver’s License, No License Plate, and False Impersonation of Another in Marriage. No Oklahoma priors were found. However, he is facing other charges for Possession of a Stolen Vehicle After the Former Conviction of a Felony, Eluding an Executive Officer, Possession of CDS – Methamphetamines, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Failure to Remain at Scene of PD Accident, No Driver’s License and No Insurance.

Driving: Dustin Cunningham, a 32-year-old male from Durant was arrested on October 1 for Driving Under Suspension, No Insurance, No License Plate, and Operating an Unsafe Vehicle. His priors were found online as Actual Physical Control of a Vehicle While Under the Influence, Obtaining Cash by False Pretenses, Stalking, Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery in the Presence of a Minor, Protective Order Violation, Possession of CDS, DUI, DUS, and Breaking and Entering without Permission. He is also facing charges for Larceny of Lost Property, Possession of CDS – Heroin, Possession of CDS – Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Billy Norton, a 40-yearold male from Ardmore was also arrested on October 1 for Failure to Appear on a Driving Under Suspension charge. An online search found prior Oklahoma convictions for Eluding an Executive Officer, Driving with an Expired Tag, Reckless Conduct with a Firearm, Public Intoxication, Malicious Injury to a Building, DUI, Stalking, Obstructing and Executive Officer, Actual Physical Control of a Vehicle While Under the Influence, Possession of CDS, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Raymond Huff, a 45-yearold male from Madill was booked into the Marshall County Jail to begin a 30-day sentence for a DUI. An online search found priors for Aggravated Assault and Battery, Public Intoxication, Assault and Battery and DUI.

Gary McBride, a 55-year-old male from Wilson was arrested on October 2 for DUI. McBride was currently serving 20 days on the weekends at the Marshall County Jail for an Aggravated DUI conviction. His other prior is for Carrying a Firearm while Under the Influence.

Richard Riggle, a 24-yearold male from Kingston was arrested on October 5 for Driving Under Suspension and No Insurance. No priors were found in an online search.

Miscellaneous: Matthew Fowler, a 33-year-old male from Gainesville, Texas was arrested on September 29 for Trespassing. An online search for Oklahoma priors came up negative.

Tonya Jamison, a 52-yearold female from Madill was arrested on October 4 for Public Intoxication. An online search came back clear for Oklahoma priors.
