Madill’s Cooper debuts for Cowboys

Madill graduate Micah Cooper made his debut for the Oklahoma State Cowboys on August 30.

The junior running back transferred to the Cowboys from Northeastern Oklahoma State University.

Cooper had four carries for seven yards. His longest play was a six-yard run late in the fourth quarter.

Cooper took the role of lead running back for the Cowboys final two drives of a 52-36 win at the Oregon State Beavers.

Oklahoma State hosts Mc-Neese State at 6 p.m. on Saturday, September 7.
