The Madill Fire Department, a long with several other agencies, batt led a fire on J anuary 18, 2022 . Approximately 250 acres off of Highway 32 and Page Road burned. The Marshall County Wild Land Task Force, Bureau of Indian Affairs Wild Land Crew, ODoT, OHP, and the Marshall County Sheriffs Department all assisted by shutting down traffic.
