The Marshall County Chamber of Commerce hosted the Little Mr. and Miss Marshall County pageant in conjunctionwiththeMarshall County Fair. The event was held on Thursday, September 7 at the Madill Community Building in the William Ray Memorial Park.
There were 28 contestants who came and showed their little personalities, poise and appearances. This lighthearted event was enjoyed by all who came to see these little ones get up on stage and entertain the crowd. The ages are 0-12 with age group divisions from 0-4, 5-8 and 9-12.
The runners up for the age group 0-12 were Liam Badillo and Lucille Minyard. For the age group 5-8, the runners up were Loraina Hanks and Jaxson St John. To finish out the 9-12 group, there was only one contestant and that was ChloeMcWilliams.Allrunner ups received a nice gift.
After the judges tallied up their votes, it was announced that Jaxson St John and Chloe McWilliams were the 2023 Little Mr. and Miss Marshall County King and Queen.
Along with their crowns, sashes, prizes and money received, they will be representing Marshall County ChamberofCommerceatthe Christmas parade, Chamber banquet and other activities as the year goes along.
