Lighthouse Wins 2024 Top Workplaces in Oklahoma

Lighthouse Behavioral Wellness Centers won the 2024 Top Workplaces in Oklahoma competition.

Lighthouse, a nonprofit, behavioral health organization, ranked No. 1 in the large company category (more than 350 employees) during its first year of participation in the annual competition. The official 2024 Top Workplace list ofwinnersandspecialawards were presented during a celebratory event last week in Oklahoma City.

“Lighthouse is a remarkable organization filled with dedicated and caring staff. The 2024 Top Workplace rankings were based on voluntaryemployeefeedback gatheredthroughanonymous surveys. Lighthouse team members cited Lighthouse’s mission, leadership, pay, benefits and career development as cornerstones of a strong company culture wheretheyfeltsupportedand appreciated.

Lighthouse has made significant investments in every aspect of the organization, including:

• increasing salaries and providing regular bonuses,

• expanding paid time off,

• paying for employee health insurance,

• creating a comprehensive employee health and wellness program, and

Her commitment to building employee engagement, and her dedication to advancing Lighthouses’ mission has helped the nonprofit grow from about 100 employees to almost 400 during her 8-year tenure helming the organization.

Team members said Pfau was a genuine, inspirational and positive leader, who strives to acknowledge their contribution and cares about every employee.
