A Kingston man is headed to prison. Jason Herndon, a 48-year-old male, was arrested in March 2022 for Driving Under the Influence - Great Bodily Injury. The accident injured a family of three.
On March 13, 2023, a judge found Herndon guilty of his charge and sentenced him to five years in the Oklahoma Department of Corrections. A second charge stemming from the accident, Carrying a Firearm while Under the Influence, was dismissed.
