Jack Canada, a 44-yearold male from Kingston is facing multiple charges after anincidentthathappenedon July 24 in Dickson. Court records showthatCanadaheld awomanagainstherwilland tried to strangle her. He also allegedly punched another man in the face.
Officers said that after they arrived on scene, Canada kicked and damaged the door of a Dickson Police patrol car. He is facing charges for Kidnapping, Domestic Abuse/Assault and Battery by Strangulation, Assault and Battery and Injuring a Motor Vehicle. If convicted, Canada faces up to 20 years in prison.
