An incident near Buncombe Creek Saturday night left one dead and three in custody. At approximately 11:40 p.m. on June 28, the Marshall County Sheriffs Department received a call about a possible shooting.
When deputies arrived on scene, they found a victim shot and killed. MCSO then requested the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigations to step in.
OSBI representative Hunter McKee said they can't divulge too much information since the investigation is ongoing. He said that so far, they have one adult male in custody awaiting charges. He also said that there are no suspects at large and no threat to the neighborhood.
