A former Ardmore baseball coach has been charged after allegations of sexual conduct. Christopher “CJ” Kennedy, a 31-year-old male from Wilson, was charged on September 15 for Second-Degree Rape for allegedly having sexual intercourse with a female student between August 2022 and June 2024. Court records show the female victim was under 16 years old. Court records show that he was arrested and bondedoutona$75,000bond.
A former Ardmore police officer is also facing Rape charges. Freddy Corona, a 34-year-old male from Ardmore, was charged on September 10 for Rape by Instrumentation after a female alleged that he sexually assaulted themin September 2023.Courtrecordsshowthat he was arrested and bonded out on a $100,000 bond.
