Hello Enos and Happy New Year. I hope Christmas found everyone healthy and happy, surrounded with those you cherish.
We are ready to bid 2020 farewell and usher in 2021. I think we all need to get those black eyed peas in our New Year’s Day menu.
Tradition says, black eyed peas brings coins, greens bring dollars, cornbread brings gold and pork inspires progress.
An Irish tradition is to open the back door of your home at midnight to usher out the old year and open the front door to welcome the path for a promising New Year to enter. I like this idea.
