The Buncombe Babes Red Hat group will be enjoying their lunch at Cheddar’s in Sherman on Friday, December 3 at 11:00 a.m. Come by and say hello.
This year, the “Christmas for Kids” donation boxes are located at Enos Dollar General, Mata’s Lunchbox Taqueria, and Anchor N’ Restaurant. Santa will be at Enos Dollar General from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 4. Bring the kids out to see Santa.
The annual Enos Christmas Parade will be held on Saturday, December 11 at 1:00 p.m. Lineup will start at noon at the Enos Volunteer Fire Dept. Let’s go over there and support this annual fun event.
Well, another “Light up the Marina” evening has come to a close. The weather and football game made for low numbers on the turnout.
We thank the few that showed up and hope for a better turnout next year. It takes your enthusiasm and interest to keep this going. I want to thank Jack Ehmann for making this happen and the Buncombe Creek Marina for the electricity, hotdogs, and space for setting the displays up. Have a safe week.
