For any parent or guardian needing food, formula or diapers, there will be a mobile clinic to assist. The Infant Crisis Services Baby Mobile will be at the United MethodistChurchonJuly30.
Children ages birth to three years are eligible for the clinic. No appointment is necessary. Residents will receive one week’s worth of diapers and formula or food. The legal guardian must be present, however, the child need not be present.
The clinic also offers well checks for kids and adults, minor sick care and VFC vaccines. It will have resources to assist with WIC, health care, mental health, financial, child development, pregnancy, diabetes education, car seat checks and much more.
The event will be at the United Methodist Church located at 310 W. Taliaferro from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. while supplies last.
