Assault: On July 22, Dee Decker, a 23-year-old male from Durant was arrested for a motion to revoke for a Domestic Assault charge and a Protective Order violation.

An online search showed Decker has multiple offenses in Bryan County. He is facing a felony charge of Second Degree Burglary and False Declaration of Ownership in a Pawn Shop from 2008 and a misdemeanor charge of Domestic Assault from 2015.

Oswaldo Hernandez Arroyo, a 23-year-old male from Madill, was originally arrested April 2019 for a misdemeanor Assault and Battery.

He subsequently pled guilty and given a one year suspended sentence. Charges were filed against the suspect in June 2019, and he was arrested July 26 for Motion to Revoke the suspended sentence and misdemeanor Petit Larceny.

On July 27, the following were arrested for Assault and Battery.

• Alonzo Perez, a 32-yearold malefrom Farmer’sBranch, Texas.

• Guillermo Trevino, a 37-year-old male from Madill.

• Juan Trevino, a 25-yearold from Farmer’s Branch, Texas.

• Avila Trevino-Guillermo, a 28-year-old male from Madill.

Charles Todd, a 50-yearmale from Lebanon was arrested on July 28 for a Failure to Appear on a Domestic Assault and Unauthorized Use of a Credit Card charge.

Possession: On July 24, Jessica Bartosch, a 3-year-old female from Oklahoma was arrested for two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, one count of Possession with Intent to Distribute, and Driving Under the Influence stemming from an original arrest in 2018. An online search of court records show Bartosch was currently on probation for a Distribution of a Controlled Substance from 2014. She also pled no contest to a Knowingly Concealing Stolen Property Charge from Bryan County in 2014.

Justin Buchanan, a 36-yearold male from Sherman, Texas was arrested on July 27 on two counts of Distribution of a Controlled Substance with an Intent to Distribute, and Intercepting wire, oral or electronic communication. An online search shows Buchanan with multiple Trespassing charges and various other misdemeanors in Grayson County, Texas.

On July 27, Gary McNeill, a 26-year-old from Kingston, was arrested for a Failure to Appear warrant for two charges of Second Degree Burglary, and two charges of Escaping from Arrest.

Trespassing: On July 25, Jess Brown, a 49-year-old from Madill was arrested for trespassing.

An online search showed Brown with priors of two charges of Driving Under the Influence, twi Assault and Battery charges, Bail jumping, Possession of a Firearm by a Felon. He also has a few misdemeanors of Public Intoxication, Tampering with a Vehicle, Stalking and Domestic Assault. Samantha Brown, a 28-year-old female from Madill was also arrested on July 25 for Trespassing.

Katrina Eddy, a 27-year-old from Ardmore, was arrested on July 26 for Trespassing and Petit Larceny. An online search showed Eddy with a few charges from Carter County. Two felonies, one Unlawful Distribution of Hydromorphone, and Unlawful Distribution of Crack Cocaine, and one misdemeanor or Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

On July 27, Philip Wigington, a 31-year-old from Durant was arrested for Trespassing. An online search shows Wigington has charges from Bryan County; a felony First Degree Robbery, and misdemeanors for Possession, Driving Under Suspension, Domestic Assault, and a Driving Under the Influence.

Mariah Dowding, a 26-yearold from Denison, Texas was arrested on July 26 for Public Intoxication.

Driving Infractions: Cristobal Figueroa, a 40-year-old female from Madill, was arrested on July 23 for Driving with No Drivers License and Expired Tags. An online search shows the suspect has a current charge of Second Degree Burglary, and past charges of felony Possession and minor Possession.

On July 23, Cameron Silvestri, a 30-year-old female from Durant, was arrested for Speeding.

On July 24, Ronald Clark, a 59-year-old man from Boswell was arrested on a Failure to Appear warrant for Driving Under Suspension and No Current License Plate. An online search showed Clark also had warrants out of Choctaw County for a misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana charge from 2005, and a Public Intoxication from 2010.

Jerry Stewart was arrested on July 27 for Driving Under Suspension, No Valid License, and Larceny of an Automobile. An online search showed Stewart pled to a lesser charge of Knowingly Concealing Stolen Property. There was no address listed for the suspect.

On July 28, Brady Slane-Ervin, a 22-year-old male from Kingston was arrested for Speeding, Driving Under Suspension and No Insurance.

Miscellaneous: On July 23, Brendan Lesley, a 22-year-old from Kingston was arrested for Disturbing the Peace.

George Rodriquez,a 50-yearold male from Marietta was arrested on July 24 for a probation violation for Failure to Pay Child Support.

Casey Garrett, a 34-year-old male from Madill was arrested on July 26 for Disturbing the Peace stemming from 2003. An online search shows Garrett has charges from Bryan County for felony Possession and Operating a Vehicle Under the Influence.

It also shows multiple misdemeanors which include Possession, Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle, and False Impersonation.

On July 27, Lucila Ramirez, a 23-year-old from Madill, was arrested for Obstructing an Officer.
