Allyson Boswell is a senior at Madill High School. Her parents are Cliff and Jessica Boswell, as well as Debbie Parker. She has two sisters named Madison and Samantha Boswell.

She has attended the Madill Public Schools for the last five years and has been involved in student council, 4-H, FFA, vocal music, and archery.

She said that one of her favorite memories out of her extracurricular activities is when she had the opportunity to show livestock for 4-H and FFA, and that her family has been her greatest inspiration.

“My biggest challenge over the years have been worrying about others around me,” Boswell said. “However, when it comes to inspiration, I would say I’ve always gotten it from my dad and stepmom because they have always pushed me in life. My family has always wanted me to succeed in life and to become a better person.”

She said she has many people who have guided her along the way.

“I would like to thank my teachers for always helping me when I needed it and I’d like to thank my parents for always pushing me to do my best,” Boswell said.

After high school, Boswell’s plan is to attend cosmetology school at Southern Tech in Ardmore, Okla. When it comes to the younger ones who might be following in her footsteps, she has a nugget of advice.

“I know high school might be harder, but you just have to push yourself through it,” she said.
