In the FFA events, D’Mari Austin and Brody Case won the FFA Chute Doggin’ buckles with a time of just over three seconds. The FFA Calf Scramble had students work in pairs to catch and halter a calf.

The highlight of Saturday night was the recognition of 2023 Rodeo Royalty. Royalty represented was past Queen Maddie Miller, as well as 2023 candidates Claire Hartin and Brylee Watkins, both current members of the Madill FFA Chapter. Watkins received this year’s Rodeo Queen honors; and the pair of hard working young ladies sold over $8800.00 in rodeo tickets collectively.
The Madill FFA Chapter would like to thank all those businesses and individuals who helped put on the event through donations of time and money. Your support is greatly appreciated. Can’t wait to see everyone next year.
