This week during story time, Miss Jill read Llama Llama Gran and Grandpa , by Anna Dewdney. A sweet and rhyming tale about Llama’s first sleep over with her grandparents and the feelings a first sleep over can bring out.
Miss Jill was ready for a sleep over in her jammys, with blanket, and giant teddy bear in hand. The six children and five adults also made a fun paper llama puppet. Other Llama Llama books are available in the children’s section of the library. The next story hour will be April 11.
The library will be at the William Ray Memorial Park on Saturday April 8, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for the City of Madill 1st Annual Easter Egg Hunt. We will have storytime and a craft for all the children.
