Here we are at the end of October and it still feels like summer. They say that fall weather will be here soon. Now is the time to make sure your heaters are working and ready to work for you.

Our clocks will be set back one hour at 2:00 a.m. on Sunday, November 3. This is also the time to change the batteries in your smoke detector and carbon monoxide monitors.

Time for our Trick or Treaters to be out and about. There are several places that will be having some Halloween festivities. The Fall Festival in Kingston will be held October 30, 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. This is a free, community wide event.

The residents at the Kingston Family Care Center will also be handing out treats on October 30 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

Everyone be safe and keep your eyes open for all of the trick or treaters.

We will begin giving information for the Enos Community Christmas Parade in the next publication. Stay tuned for that.

Happy Birthday wishes to Shar Franks, Marlene Blomberg, John Barker, Crystal Pierce, Kay Bridgman, Carl Moss, Denise White, Randy Brewster, and Michelle Taylor.

Have a great week, do something nice for someone and remember to be grateful for small things, big things and everything in between.
