J.J. Padron

Jesus Padron is a senior at Madill High School.His parents are David Padron and Maribel Rodriguez His siblings are Juan, Tadeo and Vanessa Padron.

Padron actively participates in both football and wrestling.Hesaidhispassion for sports is fueled by his biggest inspiration, Cristiano Ronaldo. Padron admires Ronaldo for his exceptional skills and considers him one of the greatest players of all time.

Padron said one of his biggest struggles has been not having his entire family by his side. Nevertheless, his family remains a constant source of inspiration for him, and he strives to succeed for their sake.

Padron has some advice for his younger classmates: “Fight until the end, even if you get knocked down. Get up again and again, and don’t give up. Remember that success is within your mind and heart. If you face defeat, don’t hang your head because you gave your all. Keep practicing to improve.”

Supporting his wrestling teammates during tournaments and witnessing their success fills Jesus with immense pride. He said he is grateful to his coaches for teaching him everything about sports, even when he initially had little knowledge. He expresses his heartfelt gratitude to them.

To his parents, Padron wanted to convey his deep appreciation.

“Thank you for everything,” he said. “Because of you, I am the person I am today. Although we may not be together, you are always in my heart.”

After graduating from high school, Padron said he has plans to join the navy and serve his country.
