The temperatures around our area have been soaring into the 90’s and 100’s, so be sure to hydrate well and stay indoors as much as you can to avoid heat exhaustion. My heart goes out to the men and women who are working out in this heat every day.

Jurassic Park has been improving over time, with new gravel on the road and a new flagpole on the East side. We hope to get some picnic tables out this next week or so.

It is wonderful to see folks donating their time and helping out with removing trash, installing flag poles, watering our little Cypress tree down around the beach area and some who have donated picnic tables. It takes community involvement and active members to make it a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beach and swim area.
