Letters Policy Stated

The Madill Record accepts letters to the editor on virtually any subject. All letters must be signed and the phone number of the letter’s author must be provided for verification purposes.

We reserve the right to edit, or refuse, letters which may be libelous. Opinions for or against a political candidate, or questions, in the weeks preceding an election, will not be published as letters because they would be considered political advertising. Email letters to matt@madillrecord.net.
