Like all of you I miss sports. I find myself going to ESPN.com each day to find some morsel of normalcy.

It probably helped that the NFL held free agency. I’ve also followed English tabloids and their lastest Manchester United rumors more closely.

I guess this is what happens when most every sporting event is cancelled, and we are all but forced to stay at home.

I hope it doesn’t sound like complaining as cabin fever has set in and I want to mix things up.

With that in mind, lately I’ve been spending a little more time on my Playstation 4 than usual.

In year’s past I was avid player of the MLB: The Show. It’s the only licensed Major League Baseball game on the market.

With no MLB games to watch and no desire to rewatch the 1986 World Series again for the umpteenth time, I’ve taken to turn the Metropolitans into an MLB powerhouse in the digital world.

I’m signing prospects and making trades left and right. No, it’s not real, but it’s something. And in the last two weeks, there are times when it’s all I’ve had sportswise.
