The Madill Wildcats faced Stillwell Indians on October 21. Though the game was a tight matchup, the Indians walked away with a win of 44-42. According to the Madill High School website, the game went into overtime and turned the game into a wild ride.

The loss drops Madill to 3-5 on the year and 1-4 in district play.”
“Madill’s Stephen Sisco latched onto a slant pass from Ty Rushing and scored to the tie contest at 42-all in the extra stanza. The twopoint conversion pass fell incomplete. Stilwell scored a TD in their possession of overtime. They added the try for victory.”
“River Shaw caught a 13-yard scoring pass from Rushing with eight seconds left in regulation. Shaw also grabbed the two-point pass as he dove to his right five yardsawayfromhisdefender in the end zone.”
“Stilwell managed a TD run and two-point conversion of the final series of the first half. Madill held the 21-14 at the half. The ‘Cats started the scoring with 5:23 left in the first quarter. Reagan Combs picked up a fumble and returned it eight yards for the score with 5:02 to go in the first. Running back Rey Gomez also got on the board for the Wildcats on an eight-yard run at the 2:38 mark of the third.”
