In the midst of all this scoring, Brister had monster dunk and was 1 of 2 from the line. Hays had three buckets, Capps again had a bucket, making the third quarter a 35-point effort. Brister had seven, Shore with five, and Rumer had three. As a team 4 of 11 for 36%, from the free throw line. The three-point shot was effective in that game with the team having a total of nine.

Coach Weibener continues to “experiment” with the post position. In this game, the position produced with 38 points Rose, Cason, Matchen and Capps. No one was in foul trouble and all stayed fresh. Starting but not scoring was Marshall Ludrick, who had another great defensive effort. The highlight of the night was the 35-point third quarter by the team. This included four three-pointers by Weibener and a big-time dunk by Brister.
