Annual senior v faculty game

Kingston High School hosted their annual senior vs. faculty game on May 16, 2022. The game was a back and forth defensive game. The Faculty won 3-2 by scoring a two-person home run late in the game. That was also the only home run of the game and assistant basketball Coach Bobby McAdoo was the one to hit it. Senior Brady Brister was the pitcher for the seniors, and maintenance worker Robert Burns was the pitcher for the faculty.

The game started off slow until senior baseball player Trevor Looney made it home off of a teammate’s base hit. This put the seniors up by one point until baseball Head Coach Darron Henson also scored from a faculty base hit.

The game remained tied 1-1 for the next few innings until Coach McAdoo hit the home run. Librarian Katie Caraway was on first when McAdoo hit the home run so they both scored a point bringing the game to 3 to 1. The seniors were able to score again when senior track runner Aiden Norwood ran home off a base hit and the game went to 3 to 2.

Unfortunately, that would be the last score for the seniors. The faculty held on to their lead for the next inning and ended the game with a win.
